We are happy to exchange products if you require a different size or colour within 15 days of purchase. The only thing we ask is that the product is unworn, unwashed and all the packaging and tags are intact. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange or return of items where this is not the case.

The exceptions to this are the following items:

Spanx Control Top Tights
Mama Spanx Maternity Tights

We do not accept exchanges or returns back on these products as they are made from hosiery type material.

Please send your returns to the address below, including  the following information:

- Your Full Name and Address

-Your Order Number

-Your reason for the exchange

-What item you wish to receive, including size and colour. 

We recommend you obtain proof of postage for all exchanges which is available free from the Post Office. This ensures that in the event your item goes missing in the post we can still process your exchange. Items that are sent without proof of postage are done so at your own risk.
