We aim to post out all items as soon as possible once you have placed your order, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. Please check the despatch date indicated next to the size drop down menu. All items are posted out by either first class royal mail, or first class airmail.

Our post goes out Monday to Thursday at 12 noon and Friday at 10 am. We do try to get all orders placed before that time sent out the same day, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability. If you require your item to be sent out for a specific date, please put this in the comments field when you check out and we will try our best to meet your wishes.

Our postage costs are calculated on a flat fee basis and not per item.

Please note that all orders to European and Worldwide countries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

**We use Royal Mail as our postal service and therefore delivery times are dependent on them providing a good service. They do not guarantee delivery times,  but are usually quite reliable.
